Botswana celebrated it's Annual Teachers Day on June 5, 2003 with a street procession followed by a day of activities in which [teachers/people] entertained one another.

A hybrid musical entity was created when the steelpan of Trinidad and Tobago merged with the indigenous marimbas of Botswana to create a most unusual sound emanating from the all-percussion musical outfit.

Musical arrangement was done in collaboration with Botswana's own Keabetswe Sesinyi alias "Master Dee" who recently received an award in Germany for his promotion of local music.  All the teachers work at the same school and were tutored by Trinbagonian Hollis Clifton.
