Whether performing abroad with the likes of multi-Grammy Award winner Pat Metheny’s Group; on the Jazz festival circuit with Blue Note recording artist Cassandra Wilson, yet another Grammy Award; touring with the legendary Harry Belafonte; collaborating with avant-garde trumpeter Marvin "Hannibal" Petersen; or laying down tracks for Arrested Development’s former female vocalist Dionne Farris’ solo debut Wild Seed - Wild Flower (Columbia), Haynes' talents are fully utilized in some extremely progressive circles!

- The mainstay percussionist of Cassandra Wilson's core band, Jeff Haynes complements fellow jazz extraordinaire Cyro Baptista. His services are also much-in-demand from the likes of Mark Ledford in 1998, alongside alto saxophonist Najee, and Jeff Haynes has continued his multiple noteworthy collaborations, as percussionist on drummer John Favicchia’s CD -WORLD TIME, and more recently, co-writing the percussion and drum track World Time 11 on DHARMA- - John’s forthcoming CD, which also features Jeff on percussion.
Noted jazz vocalist Dean Bowman also benefited from Haynes’ magnificent flair during Bowman’s Summer 2000 live performance at Central Park in New York, among others.
