Global - The late Cecil “Pious” Atherton was one of the most gifted percussionists out of the Caribbean.  In addition to his live performance work with New York′s Metro and Pantonic Steel Orchestras, his studio work includes some of the greatest Soca hits of this generation. Within his discography are classics such as “Doh Back Back” by Sparrow, and “Lorraine” by Explainer. Indeed, an outstanding catalog of musical recordings that covers such noted artists like Shadow, Designer, Blue Boy, Swallow, Poser, Merchant, Nelson and many others.
