Brooklyn, New York, USA - Basement Recordings captures Marsicans Steel Orchestra as they prepare for the 2002 New York steelband Panorama competition on the night before that event. Marsicans performed a Pelham Goddard-arrangement of DeFosto′s “Firestorm.” 

Marsicans Steel Orchestra would go on to place second in that year′s competition.
